One supplement I will be taking advantage of is Glucosamine to help repair the damage and to counterbalance the effects of any non-steroidal
anti-inflammatories I may take. Below Is a small account of Glucosamine.
What is it?
Glucosamine is from shark cartilage, tracheal cartilage and is produced in the body from glucose. Supplements are glucosamine sulphate and hydrochloride.

Joint pain (bets mixed with omega 3 fatty acid, chondroitin sulphate and Manganese ascorbate)
Non-steroidal anti-inflammatories inhibit glucosamine production. It may potentiate the anticoagulant effects of warfarin.
Warning-Shellfish allergies or asthma and diabetes medication and warfarin.
