Sometimes your good intentions are actually causing your back and neck to stiffen up.

So what is the most common mistake?
Instead of using the natural curves of the back to your advantage - many people start pushing their chest up and out in an attempt to sit tall.
This does not work well.
By flattening the mid spine you are really working the extensor muscles of the mid back and creating a whole lot of tension that just doesn't need to be there.
